Jim Thompson is committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return eligible silk apparel and home goods within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective tissue and authenticity cards are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid DHL or FedEx return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and retain your receipt; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
